Once we receive it, our Manager, Crew Scheduling Shipboard Human Resources. will have a discussion session with you over Skype call to understand your profile and accordingly we will forward your interview report and your profile to the hiring company. The hiring company will then review it and will let us know if you are shortlisted for the interview or not. If you are shortlisted for the interview then you need to give a telephonic interview.
